He spent much of his career building his own successful consulting, engineering, surveying, and land planning firm from which he retired in 2002. DENNIS DUKES - Broker Professional - Dennis has worked in real estate sales since 1996. He worked 7 years as a seasonal sales agent while teaching and coaching for 20 years. CURTIS DUKES - Director of Sales and Marketing - A graduate of Duke University, Curtis has worked in the land development and sales business for over 10 years. He grew up in the Carolinas working with and learning from some of the best sales professionals in the business. He has worked in numerous lakefront and coastal communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Curtis has been involved in the sales and marketing phases of land development in South Carolina for several years.
TY TOLERTON - Sales Executive - Ty was an Educator for 31 years and a General Brokerage Realtor with Advantage Realty in Maryland before relocating to Myrtle Beach. He has enjoyed success with the Hoffman Group in whole-ownership on the oceanfront and with Wyndham Worldwide in vacation-ownership sales. Ty and his wife Jana currently live in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
DON SPOON - Sales Executive - Don has over 25 years in sales/marketing and ran a successful printing business for many years in the foothills of North/South Carolina. Don recently made a career and address change becoming a real estate broker and moving to Myrtle Beach. His experience and success in the real estate industry includes working in oceanfront sales and vacation ownership. Don's foremost goal and priority in working with clients has always been to offer the best in honesty, integrity, and service.
STEVE EMORY - Sales Executive - Steve has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for 25+ years. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, and relaxing on the beach.
